Meeting services can be in person, over the phone or via TEAMS
Attending and IEP or 504 meeting can feel overwhelming. Navigating the school system, understanding educational jargon, and advocating for your child’s needs shouldn’t be a mystery. I’m here to help.
I will provide support and guidance throughout our meetings, ensuring the committee throughly addresses your child’s needs. Together, we’ll navigate the process so your concerns are heard and your chid’s educational plan promotes meaningful success.
Consulting Services
Investment: $100/hour
(Includes up to 30 minutes of discussion and 30 minutes of document review)
Each additional 30 minutes is billed at $50.
What’s Included:
Before our meeting, I will review your child’s current evaluation report and IEP or 504 plan. Based on this information, I’ll create a personalized recommendation plan designed to Identify areas of need
Outline actionable next steps
Prepare you for your upcoming school meeting.
During our one-on-one consultation, we’ll go over the plan together- clarifying terms, addressing your questions, and ensuring your voice and concerns are addressed.
After our meeting, I’ll update your recommendation plan with the additional concerns and send the final version to you within 72 hours. You’re encouraged to bring it with you to your child’s meeting to help guide the discussion and ensure all concerns are addressed

Consultation Packages:
Investment: $175
Includes: 2 hours of consultation over TEAMS, Phone call/ text, or email.
Investment: $275
Includes: 3 hours of consultation over TEAMS, Phone call/text, or email
Before services begin, the signing of the client agreement must be on file.
Meeting Support
Investment: $100/ hour + travel expenses at .67/ mile
(Includes up to an hour of in-person meeting time, with additional time billed to review and prep ) Each additional 30-minute time will be charged at $50.
What’s Included:
Before our meeting, I will review all previous IEP meetings, evaluations, progress reports and proposed goals.
To make the most of our time together, please provide all relevant documents (such as IEP or 504 plans, evaluation, behavior plans, etc.) at least 5 business days in advance. This allows me to fully understand your child’s needs and prepare a thoughtful, effective advocacy plan.
Before attending the meeting, we will communicate a review of the documents, discuss your concerns, recommendations and goals for the meeting.
Package Options
Meeting Packages:
Investment: $300 + travel expenses at .67/ mile
Includes: Attend a meeting for 1 hour, and up to 2 hours of documentation and prep work. We will communicate a review of the documents and discuss concerns, recommendations, and goals before the meeting.
Investment: $450 + travel expenses at .67/ mile
Includes: Attend a meeting for 2 hours, and up to 2 hours of documentation and prep work. We will communicate a review of the documents and discuss concerns, recommendations, and goals before the meeting.
Review IEP or 504 documentation and make recommendations
Investment: $125/hour
What’s Included: Review your child’s FIE, IEP, BIP, goals or 504.
